Orders received by 5:30PM CST Monday through Thursday, and by 4:30PM CST Friday, excluding major holidays, will be shipped that day. Ambient products will ship via ground delivery, averaging 2-3 days arrival time. Refrigerated and frozen products are shipped via next day air. Saturday or early morning delivery is available for an upgrade fee. All products requiring refrigeration are shipped in accordance with each manufacturer’s recommendations. Major holidays and physical inventories alter our shipping schedule. Advance notification of shipping schedule changes are sent via order shipments. Before any product can be returned, authorization must be obtained by contacting Customer Service at 800.292.9653. Customer must verify that all returned merchandise has been kept under proper conditions for storage, handling and shipping.

What shipping methods do you use?
A: Smith Medical Partners offers next day shipping capabilities to customers in all 50 states for orders placed Monday through Thursday before 5:30 PM CST. Second Day, Three Day and Ground shipping options are also available for less urgent orders. Saturday delivery is available for emergency orders placed Friday before 4:30 PM CST. Same day emergency shipments are available in the Chicagoland area.
What are your shipping charges?
A: Orders over $500 receive free ground service shipping. A $15 shipping charge is applied to ground shipments of less than $500. Additional charges may apply for Next Day, Second Day and Three Day shipping.
Is there an additional charge for refrigerated products?
A: Cold-chain products ship Next Day free of charge for orders over $500. A $15 shipping charge is applied for orders less than $500.
Will I have to purchase minimum quantities of certain products?
A: Because we recognize the unique needs of your facility, we do not apply a minimum order quantity or volume.
What are your payment terms?
A: Smith Medical Partners offers both statement and invoice programs with 15 and 30 day periods. In addition, we have EFT and CheckFaxx services.
